she's a heart maker

Hope you haven't been worried about where I disappeared to. I forgot to tell you before I left that I was heading out on a little buying trip. I have so many wonderful things to show you! I can't wait.

Today, I'm so busy getting heart boxes ready and out to those who ordered them. I'm really too busy even to post this but I'm getting so many emails from folks wondering why I haven't posted in nearly a week.

I just got the new shipment of boxes in so this morning I'm filling them just as fast as I can. Thank you everyone for your patience. If you have a question about your order and when you should expect it, just send me an inquiry. I'm shooting to get all caught up today but, in order to do so, I really need to get back to work!*

*Edited to remove content that was deemed hurtful and mean. I'm lots of things, but never mean.

Can't wait to see what you got from your buying trip. There's always the odd person who may leave a bad comment but that's life? I saw your eye-candy box on the 'Free People' blog and so wanted you to be my Valentine swap partner, but never mind I guess someone else will be the lucky recipient.

Isn't it nice to know you are missed when you take even just a few days away? As for filling orders promptly, any of us depending on supply shipments know the vagaries of getting those shipments from the suppliers. On the other hand, I purchased some handmade pendant items from Sally Jean Alexander (she of "Pretty Little Things") in October 2006; she has yet to fill my order and, after acknowledging the delay in December, no longer even responds to my inquiries -- that's shameful! You're doing a lovely caring job!

We knew you were busy, just like everyone else, and would be back with us in good time. I have had a situation with an irate customer this week too - such a horrible feeling, its been bugging me all week. You try your best, but some people are never pleased. You have a great business, and i'm so impressed with what you manage to get done! Have fun with the hearts. Renee x

Please do not worry about people that complain about such things. You are great, love your store and your blog. Where did you get the glass fish bowl though???

I've only ordered from you once (the wallet in control)yet I feel I received my shipment in a very timely fashion, and I had part of it shipped to a friend as a birthay gift, she received hers before me - very impressive I believe. I say, three cheers to YOU. xo Mary

Not QUITE on topic, but---
I simply HAD to post here that I am almost MORE impressed with your packaging than I am with the treasures I order from you! It is truly a treat just opening up the box, all full of ribbon and shred, and a charming note of a receipt.
Thanks for making me always feel special Amy.
