who knew?

Just look at my cute new shoes. When I saw these on Sherry at Artistic Affaire in California, I asked where she got them. I did not expect the answer to be Walmart for less than $15! They are so cute and so comfortable.
While there, I also picked up one of these...

after reading Scrappy Jessi's idea for using it as a wrap out of the shower.

Walmart? Who knew? I still hate my Walmart but I did step in just for these two things.

Yep, love the shoes!!! The Walmart near me is rather, um rural... but I guess I need to check and see about some cute shoes to run around in this summer.

I know, I hate Wall-ie too. BUT one of the gals at work had some on (better and cuter than Crocs) and before we knew it, we all had to have some. I got the red/yellow plaid.

I am glad you found the shoes. Like we all said who knew you could find those cute shoes at Walmart. And they are so comfortable too>
Looks like a busy fun week at your house with the boys

Love you, Amy, but you come off as a bit elitist here. "I haaate Walmart and would neeever shop there...unless there's something really cute I want." Blah!

I don't hate all walmarts...maybe you missed the "my" before Walmart and after hate. It's one of those Walmarts that has missed getting a makeover for about 20 years and is woefully behind the more modern lovely ones everyone else seems to have.

I hate having to go to wally world because its the only place to shop in this town but they do have some cute stuff every once in a while!

Walmart is the store that I love to hate. Sometimes you just gotta go there.

Amy, your adorable gift arrived today! She is so pretty, thanks so much. That little Blue Bird of Happiness will have a special place in my home.

I am not fond of Walmart either. (I much prefer Target!) But I do have to admit that I've gotten a couple of really cute dresses there and everyone is always amazed that that is where I got them. K-Mart, on the other hand, hate, hate, hate that store.

Can't stand Walmart and their politics but...bye...heading out the door! (I do visit them once a year for their Martha Stewart line...sometimes you need to bend your convictions just a bit.

oh dear, off to WalMart. Those are so adorable! So cheery and comfy looking, too.
Everytime I go there (which isn't often) I always check out the boy's toy isle. They have G.I. Joe's action figures and NFL action figures there...and a certain small someone in my house loves those. :)

Goodness! I will have to make a trip over there to see what they have in stock. Those are cute shoes! And I can justify to myself buying a pair of shoes because my dog just chewed up a pair and I had to throw them away.

Amy, you are not alone in feeling that way about your Walmart. The one in my area is the same way. And, JenDiggity, I am not an elitist. I just don't shop at places that feel dirty and wildly behind the times. My sister ventures in now and then to buy us each a delicious vanilla sugar scrub they carry. Check it out!

OK that makes me want to go to Walmart. I never thought I would ever say that!
