a little breakfast, honey?

Did you see this over at my friend Saucy's blog??? It is a teeeny tiny breakfast that she served her daughter and friend for their sleepover. How adorable is that?

In her words, here's how you make it:

The eggs are white candy melts softened slightly and then I pressed a mini M&M into it.

The bacon is cinnamon gum, flattened with a rolling pin, sliced and waved.

The toast is French Toast Crunch cereal.

The waffles are wafer cookies cut apart and separated. The butter pats are individual confetti sprinkles. I dusted them with powdered sugar and maple syrup.

I love the little donuts. They are Cheerios of course, some dusted with powdered sugar, the others gently dipped in the aforementioned candy melts and sprinkled.

The croissant is an actual tiny croissant made from Pilsbury dough - just cut it into teeny tiny triangles, roll and bake in the toaster oven for about five minutes!

That is absolutely incredible. Glad she took photos because I would have stood weeping as the girls ate my artistry!

I did see it, and thought it was all wonderful! I was happy to hear that she made it into round 3 of Club Little House. Saucy is so talented. I can't wait to see what she is making for that!
