unintentionally green

Empty boxes from your pantry become a gift garland...

Save your toilet paper rolls...

Reuse an old muffin tin...

Don't toss that empty egg carton...

Mini-cereal boxes become houses...

Save every scrap of your felt...

And don't even think of putting that jar in the recycling bin...

Crafting just became your civic duty...

I loved the muffin tin idea. I happen to have two right on my counter that I didn't know what to do with. Thanks so much.

Amy, you must be in constant motion from before sunrise to the wee hours and possess a creative mind that never stops dreaming up joyful things. I've used your ideas many times with wonderful results. Others may have helped with the designs, but you put them together in this very beautiful and convenient magazine. You made it happen. I have especially enjoyed making and giving the money book from a few years back. It was a huge hit with my grands and others. You were kind enough to send me the instructions when it was no longer on your blog. I always look to you when I need to put together something brilliant. Thank you for your constant unselfish giving of yourself. Bless you, Amy!

One of the major things I love about this issue is that most of the projects use things I already have, so I don't have to spend a lot on supplies.

this magazine leaves me in a tizzy...i'm so tempted to ask my husband to print out those elves at work. is that wrong? we have a black and white printer at home, but whenever we take a road trip he brings home the most colorful maps ;)....hrm. i just know lucy would love them! so many of the ideas are simple, with such great results...while we were raking yesterday lucy says "santa is coming!" i think perhaps she would like to start now making some candy canes...???

i definitely am going to try the little houses. i have a few "kits" for similar things- but your's have so much more personality. too cute amy!

This is the best e-zine Amy, loads of great projects for families to do together with kids, as well as some just for Moms. But the best part... you've so generously gifted it to us; absolutely unheard of these days! Yay you with your big giving heart, as well as the teachers who participated along with you!
