Namely, I think I'll do it monthly instead of semi-monthly. Just crafts...no artist profiles. And I'll have a few paid advertisements. I was also thinking of having a guest artist project each month too. Maybe I'll even have a design team...

Would you be interested in being a guest artist or being on a design team for inspired ideas? How about advertising? How would you feel about leafing through a few advertisements on your way to the next inspired ideas, in exchange for the magazine remaining free?

Amy, you have such amazing creative intuition I think everything you're saying is spot on. I will tell you that I cannot get enough of women in their creative spaces. I would flip (and never get bored) to see women doing what they love in their studios, kitchens, garages, libraries, wherever. So I know you want to cut that, and I'm guessing you're right again, but know that I love it - it's what I miss most about ME's Home Companion. Also, I think ads are fun if they're not too over the top (if you have to close one to get to the next page, that stinks, but to have them on a sidebar or something is good with me). Yes, I'd love to advertise - I'm getting my etsy shoppe ready all summer! Can't wait to see what you come up with! xo corinne

Would the ads be from crafty shops? I'd LOVE that! The ideas you share in your blog really spark my creative and I've been missing Inspired Ideas lately. Just yesterday I was thinking about going back and doing the sketch book exercises.

Yes, please do your little magazine again! I so loved it when you were doing it, and marveled at all the time you spent on it. You are so creative, and up beat. One Inspiring lady that's what you are! Ads are find. there are so many lovely e-zines out there, I would so love to get, but my budget is prohibiting it, I drool over all their pictures posted, sure would be nice to have one, where money is not involved, all tho I completely understand where those lovely artists are coming from. I loved inspired ideas and do not mind in the least if there is an ad to keep it free. If I were an artist I would also love to be a guest but alas I am not so I will just read it. I hope you bring it back!! It would be great if you included something like 'inspired camping' your camping pictures from a few years back are some of my favorite and helped me bring our camping to a new inspired level.
