birthday treasury swaps

Some of the Birthday Treasury shadowboxes from the swap are popping up on blogs and they are breathtaking...

Look at this fabulous shadowbox Debbi made for Heather of Speckled Egg...

Complete with hinged soldered glass doors. OMG...isn't it wonderful?

So many wonderful details!

Lynn created this masterpiece for her partner, Kristine. I love the tiny sewing machine!

Kate made this fun steampunkish creation...I love the little mirrors behind the horses...and the woman peering through the binoculars!

And Amanda created this fanciful shadowbox for her partner, Susan...so sweet! That bunny is adorable.

I can't wait to see more of these fun treasuries!

(Swappers, email me your photos (or a link to your blog) and I'll share them here. amy @ inspire co . com)

Thank you, Amy! And thank you so much for hosting this exchange! You have the best ideas! I was so excited to get started on it that I ordered and had my box in hand before I even had a partner! Aren't they all just wonderful? I guess now that you've made me begin, I'll have to make a pile of them . . . so many themes running through my head! Circus, with antique and vintage toys is on the worktable right now! Oooh! I love it! Thank you for providing the prompt that got me started!

This was so fun!!! I don't have mine from my partner yet, but it was still fun. It is amazing that everyone took the same "idea" and did such different things with it. Hope you do a different kind of exchange again soon. Karen
