The tables are set...the turkey is in its salt bath, the oven is preheating, cups upon cups of homemade turkey broth are waiting to be used. One by one, I'll tackle each recipe.

The big question is was the turkey recipe worth all the work? I was going to make this but decided on the Everyday Italian recipe instead. I have to say it was a winner! Let us know if you think all your hard work was worth it in the end.
