angels, frosting, and worried looking turkeys...

These are heading out the door today...

I'm terrible at keeping secrets and I just couldn't wait to show you these paper dolls for a swap. I will show you just these two images though and will catch you up on the details later.

Meanwhile,
Thursday afternoon we had a ball decorating the cupcakes.

(Please don't study the messy kitchen in the background! We had other priorities that day)

Have you seen this stuff? It's perfect for the frosting-challenged like me. We just squeezed little puffs all over the cupcakes and threw sprinkles on them. And did you know that they make "cupcake mix" that just makes 12 cupcakes? Just our size batch.

We're still working on these turkeys...

Maybe it's just me but with their googly eyes these turkeys look really worried. "Is that an axe in your hand?!" this one seems to be saying.

(Terri, is this your paper?)

Your angel dolls and turkeys are beautiful. The papers are such vibrant colors. A messy kitchen is a must if you are doing a good job with the frosting a sprinkles.

Amy,

I love your angel dolls so much! It was fun to see them in process but the final product is so incredible.

That's one happy-faced little boy in with the cupcakes. You guys sure manage to have great time. Kind of like summer camp all year round.

The Embassy Suites found my box in a back room and in it is a book for Alfredo so it should come one of these days.

Frankly, I think the turkeys look a little psychotic...lol!!! Those googley eyes do make them a little crazed.

Hi Amy,
I love your angel dolls!!! I've always had a thing for China head dolls, and you have made these even lovelier than the originals. The lace wings and the little stars are such a pretty touch!
Alfredo looks so cute with that icing on his face! I hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving.
