broken pinky

My little guy was playing football on Sunday afternoon. He went to catch the ball and his little pinky finger got in the way. A trip to the emergency room followed by a visit to a hand specialist landed us yesterday in surgery. You can see it in his face...that was a lot to go through! Poor guy. For the next 3 weeks, we need to figure out how to get by using mostly one hand. We're taking it easy today.

Amy--He looks like such a big boy in this photo. I can't believe it. I still remember the photos you sent me of when you first got him. Now he looks so grown up!!! My little guy turns 5 on Saturday and I've been getting really emotional about it.

Hope A. feels better soon!!!

Yikes! That is a big cast for a broken pinky. Hope healing is quick and all is well soon!

p.s. my daughter broke her arm hours after the final bell had rung for the end of school in second grade. What a way to start summer vacation!

He does look so grown up in that picture. So handsome. Wow, that is alot for a broken finger. It must have been a bad fracture.

I am so sorry Alfredo...ERs and doctors are no fun. I hope it does not hurt too much.

Wowza, that is one big cast but I know it will do the trick. That and lots of hugs and cuddling!

I agree. You can see it in his face. Bless his heart. Give him a big Texas sized hug from an avid Inspire Co. reader and his Mommy's student. Julie
